Quality management system is implemented in the company according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The system covers project management, coding, testing and training processes. The system passes the certification audits from BVQI Deutschland GmbH. Estimating the efforts Software Company uses the following two methods of estimating the efforts: 

By time and materials. The price is based on the time spent by the programmers of AM corporation. Daily or weekly the programmers write a review with the time they spend and the work they do. This method is suitable for big software projects.
 By fixed price. The price of the work is fixed before the starting of the project and it is not dependent on the real time spent by the developers of AM corporation.
